Walt Disney and his Legacy

With the birth of, Walter Elias Disney, on December 5, 1901, amongst other characteristics, a bright and successful man was born. Something that is still prevalent to this day, would be the legacy that Walt Disney left in this world before he passed on December 15th, 1966 in California. The work Mr. Disney left behind was/is still truly phenomenal to this day. It goes to show how true art and hard work never dies, even when you are no longer around. Mr. Walt Disney has created multiple cartoons starting with Mickey Mouse, Steamboat Willie, and then Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and more. Eventually, on July 17th 1955, Disneyland ($17 million theme park) opened. The start of Disneyland led to the widespread of other parks all around the world, including Disney World in Orlando, Florida. On the biography I read about Disney, he had a few failures in the beginning of his career which eventually led to successes. Another prime example of how we sometimes have to fail to get to where we want to be in life.
